Help us to celebrate Earth Day and get the library grounds ready for the Community Garden during our outdoor cleanup. Be sure to wear appropriate clothing. We will provide gloves (or bring your own) and buckets. Volunteers should meet in the café area.
Mature readers that primarily read and discuss books written by African American authors from a variety of genres. This month we will be reading The Wife Before by Shanora Williams.
We’ll be showing the acclaimed movie, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever @10am in the Michael Bell Meeting Room. Snacks will be provided. Stop in to check out your favorite movie or TV series on DVD. Staff is also available to help you download a movie from Kanopy.
