There are 28 computers available for the public to use in the library; 20 in the computer lab, 4 in kidspace and
4 in teenZone. The computers in any of the areas may be used by anyone possessing a valid library card from the Metropolitan Library System.
In the absense of a valid library card, a guest pass may be purchased for a fee of $1. Patrons may use the computers for an unlimited time unless there are other patrons waiting. If there is a wait list, patrons have 1 hour of computer use time. The library does utilize a reservation system and print station. The cost for prints are $. 15 cents for black and white and $.25 for color copies.
The computers are Internet accessible and contain Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Powerpoint. Computer attendents are available to help in the computer lab. Additional staff is availble to help at the Information and Circulation Services desks.
