There are over forty different craft topics, such as dinosaurs, holidays, and thank you gifts – all of which can be made with materials found around the house. Each craft includes the supplies needed, complete instructions, and pictures of each stage of construction.

Children’s Music Web
An excellent site for parents, teachers, children, and professionals, promoting music for children with unbiased, free information. Focuses on music resources, not on artists or companies.

Get Ready to Read
This site, sponsored by the National Center for Learning Disabilities, offers early literacy activities for children. Included are also many resources for adults working with children such as checklists.

It’s My Life
This site from PBS provides articles, stories, games and activities, quizzes and polls, and video clips of kids talking about their families, friends, and schools as well as their bodies and emotions. Recommend it to kids who have questions about how to cope with growing up.
